| In a constant effort to keep our overhead down and provide you with the best prices, our guidelines and method of ordering products are as follows: |

| Click on the "PayPal Add to Cart" button on the product screen to select that product. If options are given for each product, such as color, style, etc; click the options you desire and then click on the "Add to Cart" button. The shopping cart page lets you edit your selections at any time. |

| All orders will be shipped after payment verified. Typically shipments are received within 10 business days after placing order. |

| All unused products can be exchanged or refunded (less shipping charges) up to 30 days after delivery. All return shipping charges will be payed by the returner. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. |

| Adhesive products should be given 24 hours to cure before using. Adhesive products are not guaranteed and are therefore non-returnable once opened. All products returned must be in the same condition and packed exactly as it was when it was received. |
| Below is a table of shipping charges. Products considered "over-size" are coded with an OS# and are subject to additional charges. All products are subject to sales tax. |
